You can either make an appointment or walk in to see any of the GPs. However, it is recommended that you make an appointment if you are seeing a Specialist Doctor or if you require a longer consultation.
Normal appointments are about 15 minutes long. However, you can request a Long consultation (30 minutes) if you have complex or multiple issues, or if you need an employment-related medical examination.
You can book an appointment online, by phone, or by walking in to the clinic.
We are open Monday to Friday from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm, and Saturday from 8.00 am to 1.00 pm. We are closed on Sundays, and public holidays.
When you book your appointment online, please complete the New Patient Registration Form. You can find the form during the online booking or through the link sent in the SMS after your appointment is confirmed.
We operate on a private billing basis for all GP consultations. This means consultations are privately billed, requiring full payment at the time of your appointment. You can subsequently claim a Medicare rebate for your consultation. Consultation costs will vary based on appointment duration. For further details, please reach out to our reception.
Specialist Doctor consultations are private billing, which means that you will need to pay the full fee at the time of your appointment. You can then claim a Medicare rebate from your private health insurance. The cost of consultations will vary depending on the specialist and the length of the appointment. If you miss your appointment without notice, you will be charged a non-attendance fee of $50.00. Please be sure to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to make it.
We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Please note that there is a 1.5% surcharge for credit card payments for in-person visits and a 1.7% surcharge for both credit and debit card payments for telehealth appointments.
If you don’t have a valid Medicare card, or if your consultation is not covered by Medicare, you will need to pay the full fee for your appointment. Please see our Non-Medicare Fees list for more information.
